President Mike Fidanza introduced Marian Hollenbeck, one of the Winners of Fred Winter Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Horticulture, and her parents to Barbara Winter and son Robert at the April 9, 2026 meeting of PSPA at the Union League in downtown Philadelphia.
