Presentation Summary
“Morale: Emotional condition with respect to work.” A recent survey indicates that more than 60% of America’s farmers rate their morale 6 or below on a scale of 1 to 10. Morale is the top determining factor of job satisfaction and success. Find out how farmers are managing their morale, and what they think would help them further. And learn how you can manage your own morale and that of those around you.
