Philadelphia Zoo is a pioneer in animal care and conservation. Home to more than 1,700 rare and endangered animals, the Zoo continues to reach new heights, offering award-winning animal exhibits, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, award-winning education and conservation programs, and exceptional guest services, making it one of the most renowned zoos in the world.  This program focuses on the horticulture, feeding, and sustainability efforts of the Zoo.  A box lunch will be provided.

Logistics

  • Thursday, June 5, 2025 with meet and greet at Zoo entrance at 10:00 am; program at 10:30 am.; and luncheon at noon.  Stay and wander on your own following.
  • Registration fee is $35 and pre-registration is required.  Vegetarian meals are available if scheduled during registration.  Register by contacting pspaonline@gmail.com with the name(s) of the people attending, their affiliations, and emails.
  • Make check out to Philadelphia Society for Promoting Agriculture and mail to PSPA Treasurer, 140 Waypoint Dr., Lancaster PA 17603.
