The “Burro” could be a game-changer in robotics for agriculture. As labor problems plague the hand labor fields this company is about to shake things up.
Introducing Burro
See our new generation 6 Burros for the first time next week at the World Ag Expo in Tulare, California (booth GS6). Growers of Table Grapes can order these Burros today for delivery this season.
Burro is a collaborative robot, designed to help people work more productively today, while building the base for more expansive autonomy tomorrow.

What have we done to test Burro?
Over the course of 2019, with the support of the California Table Grape Commission and Western Growers, our team put a fleet of our generation 4, 5, and 5.5 Burro robots through thousands of hours and autonomous miles of operation in paid trials in table grapes, caneberries, nursery crops, blueberries, and stone fruit.
Through these trials, we demonstrated a 30-day payback on Burros in table grape production, trained our artificial intelligence extensively, and made countless upgrades, which are all incorporated into our newest generation 6 robots. The video below shows the testing we have done to get Burro ready for the market.
