Vernon Seipt, of Freddy Hill Farm, gave a fast-moving and interesting presentation on the evolution of Freddy Hill Farm from a typical dairy operation to a retail and entertainment venue. Vernon held our attention with many photographs, both old and new, to document the growth of the farm’s vision from struggling farm to successful dairy store, farm tours and sales, stupendous miniature golf center and a variety of programming to attract families and school groups.Seipt shared that while there were challenges along the way the resulting business model has insured viability and support from the surrounding community.
