Organic agriculture continues to grow in Iowa, which ranks sixth nationally in the number of organic farms.  Organic feed corn sales alone were valued at $88 million in 2022. PSPA member Julia Goplerud, Mark Fehr (MJF Farms), and Mark Thompson (Sunderman Farm Management) will discuss  converting conventional to organic on Century Farms in Kossuth County, Iowa, a process that required changing farming practices and challenging the local farming culture.
