Organic agriculture continues to grow in Iowa, which ranks sixth nationally in the number of organic farms.  Organic feed corn sales alone were valued at $88 million in 2022. PSPA member Julia Goplerud, Shannon Lynch, Mark Fehr (MJF Farms) and Mark Thompson (Sunderman Farm Management) will discuss  converting conventional to organic on Century Farms in Kossuth County, Iowa, a process that required changing farming practices and challenging the local farming culture.
