Logistics

• Park in the designated parking area after entering the main entrance to the plant.
• At 10:30 am, we’ll enter the factory and begin the tour, seeing the facilities, being briefed on the processes, and seeing a demonstration of breaking a carcass into cuts.  This will be followed by lunch with the event concluding at roughly 1:00 pm.
• The cost of the tours and lunch is $35.
