Over the last five years, the decline of the dairy industry in Pennsylvania – as well as the growth of organics in crop, animal, and vegetable growing – has become a not-so-subtle shift in the makeup of agriculture in Pennsylvania and the region.  Chris Hoffman, President, Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, will talk about that change and the way the Farm Bureau is responding to the needs of its members. Jeffrey Stoltzfus, Extension Educator, Lancaster County, will add his perspective as a consultant to farmers and producers.
