SUMMARY:“The Changing Agricultural Landscape in the Region”
DESCRIPTION:Over the last five years\, the decline of the dairy industry in
  Pennsylvania - as well as the growth of organics in crop\, animal\, and v
 egetable growing - has become a not-so-subtle shift in the makeup of agric
 ulture in Pennsylvania and the region.  Chris Hoffman\, President\, Penns
 ylvania Farm Bureau\, will talk about that change and the way the Farm Bur
 eau is responding to the needs of its members. Jeffrey Stoltzfus\, Extens
 ion Educator\, Lancaster County\, will add his perspective as a consultant
