With climate change and its effect on the weather, the issue of the quantity and quality of water, particularly related to agriculture, has become an issue for the two big watersheds in the region: The one feeding the Chesapeake Bay and the other that drains into the Delaware Bay.  The two-drainage systems have similar issues but very different water management systems and profiles.  This program compares and contrasts the two systems, particularly focusing on the water management systems and agriculture.
