Tony Leonard is the head groundskeeper at Lincoln Finanical Field, located in Philadelphia, PA. The Philadelphia Eagles play their home football games there on natural turfgrass. Perhaps the football field is one of the reasons why the Eagles have won the Super Bowl! The Temple Owls also utilize the field for their home football games. Other events hosted there include the Army-Navy game, World Cup soccer, and various musical concerts.
Tony will guide us on a tour of the football field, and provide a unique view and perspective on maintaining a safe playing surface for professional athletes.
