Dr. Lori Lynch presents Adaptation of “Agricultural Systems to Improve Resilience to Climate Change” at February Meeting

The February 7, 2019, Society meeting at the University of Pennsylvania Van Pelt Library (3420 Walnut Street, Philadelphia) is coming soon! The speaker will be Dr. Lori Lynch, University of Maryland, Agriculture and Resource Economics (see more below) and her topic will be, “Adaptation of Agricultural Systems to Improve Resilience to Climate Change” Professor Lynch is doing her part to address these critical and timely issues with her current research project. Dr. Lynch was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship, and has been conducting research based in Cali, Colombia beginning in August 2017. She will be visiting us immediately following her return from Colombia.

Remember: our meeting time is now 11:30 AM and there will be a special program with a display and talk concerning the Society’s collection at the Library. Lunch will begin promptly at 12:15 PM.
