To date this program has taken over 500 people from unskilled and unemployed to having a great future in the ShopRite career path. In addition\, Paul also is involved with many of the Non-Profit programs in the City of Phila delphia. For several years\, Paul has been working on job training program s and placement to give ex-offenders a new beginning when re-entering soci ety. He has been a guest speaker at many events related to his work with e mploying ex-offenders and advocating for legislation in the area of reduci ng recidivism.\nPaul is an executive member of the Board of Directors of t he Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC)\, and Vice-President of the Board of the Park West Business Association. He serves as an advisory board member to P hilabundance Food Bank\, as well as Self-Incorporated\, a non-profit runni ng homeless shelters.
