DESCRIPTION:Philadelphia Cricket Club was founded in 1854\, and is the olde
 st country club in the United States.  The Truist Championship was the mo
 st recent professional golf tournament to be hosted there.\n\nDan Meersman
  is the Director of Grounds at the Philadelphia Cricket Club (Flourtown\, 
 PA).  Originally from Michigan\, Meersman is a third-generation golf cour
 se superintendent.  He is considerd a pioneer in the golf course industry
  for his leadership and innovation\, particularly with the use of a fleet 
 of robotic mowers to help maintain three golf courses and other areas.\n\n
 Dan will guide us on a tour of the agronomic practices involved in maintai
 ning the many playing surfaces and landscapes of a golf course.\n\nLocatio
 n\n\nPhiladelphia Cricket Club\n\nLogistics\n\n 	Thursday\, June 4\, 2025 
 with meet and greet at front entrance at 10:00 am\, program at 10:30 am\, 
 and lunch at noon.  Lunch will be served onsite at the Club.\n 	Registrat
 ion fee is $35 and pre-registration is required.  Register by contacting
