DESCRIPTION:Dr. Tom Daniels\, the nation's foremost writer and authority o
 n farmland preservation (and PSPA member!)\, will moderate this extraordin
 ary panel of preservation directors from the top four programs in the Unit
 ed States (according to the recent AFT analysis of programs nationwide). T
 here will be current highlights from each state's accomplishments\, plus s
 ome discussion of emerging topics and challenges in agricultural lands pre
 servation. We will hear about each state's "next generation" programs inte
