Over 60 members and guests  were in attendance at the February meeting of the Society to witness the honoring of Ralph Bartholomew (past secretary) with a gift to W.B. Saul High School.  In an impressive presentation three students from Saul High School (from among more than twenty in attendance) thanked Dr. Bartholomew and read a dedication of the new compost bagger which has been installed at the school in honor of Dr. Bartholomew.  The Society raised more than $5,000 in donations from members to purchase the custom-made bagger which has now been installed at the school to enhance the compost project which provides income for the Ag program.
