2nd Annual Philadelphia Grain and Malt Symposium Scheduled for March 2-3, 2018

The organizing committee for the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Grain and Malt Symposium is pleased to invite you to learn, network, and strengthen the local grain and malt supply chain in our region. This year we kick off the symposium at 6pm on Friday March 2nd with a networking reception at New Liberty Distilling, where you’ll be treated to a complimentary cocktail and tour of the distilling facility.

Then on Saturday March 3rd, we return to the University of the Sciences for an expanded full day of programming, featuring an excellent line-up of speakers and technical talks.  This year’s focus is onGrain and Malt Quality. Included in your registration is access to all technical talks, coffee, a locally sourced lunch, and the popular Local Product Showcase.  Please find the full agenda below.

You might be asking yourself, is this symposium for me?  Absolutely!  Our diverse program features nuggets of knowledge for farmers, maltsters, millers, bakers, brewers, distillers, distributors, consumers, and everyone in between!  Did we mention the Local Product Showcase?

Registration is now live. Tickets are $50 in advance.  $70 at the door. You must be 21+ to attend this event.

For our out of town guests, a block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Homewood Suites by Hilton University City Philadelphia, PA.  Please see http://group.homewood-suites.com/PhiladelphiaGrainMaltSymposium for more information.  The special conference rate is only available until February 19th or until the block is sold out.
